The Israeli forces detained dozens of Palestinians, in the predawn hours of Thursday, from the occupied West Bank, including a journalist and former prisoners.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) released a statement that seventeen Palestinian civilians were detained, most of whom are from Al-‘Isawiya neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem, namely;

Ashraf Al-Hadrah,
Alaa Obaid,
Yazan Amjad Obaid,
Yazan Ibrahim Obaid,
Ayoub Imad Derbas,
Qassem Derbas,
Munir Kayed Mahmoud,
Bakr Al-Maghribi,
Muhammad Omran Mustafa,
Majd Dari,
Mahmoud Wissam Abu Al-Hummus,
Mahmoud Shawamrah,
Mustafa Hussein Mustafa,
Muhammad Ali Abu Rayala,
Hamza Al-Tamimi,
Muhammad Al Fakhoury, and
Samer Munther Attia.

The occupation forces detained eight citizens from the southern West Bank Hebron Governorate, including a wounded youth, namely;

Ismael Samir al-Fayoumi, 17, (wounded),
Uday Hosni al-Najjar, 18,
Yazan al-Najjar,
Mu’tasim Wael Awad Allah, 18,
Muhammad Nizam al-Khalil, 17,
Sulaiman Muhammad Abu Dayya, 16,
Ashraf Hassan al-Jabareen, and
Waheeb Abu Hadid.

In the central West Bank, three citizens who were taken into custody from Bethlehem, namely;

Abd al-Majid Issa Abu Aahour, 21,
Ahmed Khaled Muhammad Asakreh, 23, and
Atiya Dawood Hussein Asakreh, 25.

From the central West Bank Governorate of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, the occupation detained;

Saad Ahmed Zahran,
Sameh Hussein Sheikha,
Jaafar Suleiman Abu Alia, and
Muhammad Jad Hussein Haifa.

From the northern West Bank, near Jenin, Israeli soldiers detained four brothers: Muhammad, Saif, Omar, and Amer Farouk Eissa.

Journalist Tariq Abu Zaid was detained by Israeli troops from his home in Nablus, in addition to Adnan Abu Huwaila, from Nablus.

From Tamoun town in the northern Tubas governorate, Muhammad Ghazi Bisharat, 28, was detained, while Saeed Ayoub Zamari, and Abdul Shahid Zamari, were detained from Qalqilia district, also in the north.
